General Manager – Defence

Noel brings over 35 years’ operational and policy experience as a leader, manager and strategic planner to each client’s project. 

Noel works with senior management, covering a broad portfolio with particular expertise in operational and strategic leadership, and project delivery. He works across organisations to address their difficult and sensitive problems. Noel’s deep experience in defence, joint, operational assessment and aviation arenas has broadened his capability base to include science, technological and High Reliability Operations. He is respected for his ability to rapidly build trust, understand organisational needs and facilitate change through engagement and communication. With global engagement experience he has the agility and adaptability to tackle the most diverse challenges.

Noel believes in Noetic’s commitment to delivering a great outcome for clients – working collaboratively with teams to tailor the best solution to any challenge that will have real impact on the organisation. He wants to work ‘with’ clients, not just come in and reinvent the wheel then leave.

Qualifications: Masters of Arts (Strategic Studies), Master of Defence Studies, Advanced Diploma of Personnel and Operations Management, Advanced Diploma of Aviation. GAICD
