General Manager – Defence

Melissa brings more than 15 years’ experience in communications (including crisis communications), organisational change management, project management, program development and delivery, and marketing across government, Defence, private and NFP sectors.

Melissa engages in close relationships with clients and key stakeholders to provide signature solutions and to create tangible, measurable outcomes. She often works with executive teams and CEOs in a strategic advisory and co-creating capacity. Her work has extended to collaborating with ministerial portfolios and departmental leadership. Melissa is known for her ability to adapt communication and management styles, to best suit the audience.

Melissa has a proven aptitude for the development of communications and business strategies, program development, implementation and management of projects with organisations.

Melissa is excited to be able to draw open her experience across multiple sectors to support Noetic’s clients and produce outcomes that bring meaning to the work our client’s deliver. This coupled with the opportunity to collaborate with such a diverse and skilled group consultants across Noetic made joining the team a no brainer.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Communications and Cultural Studies), Prosci Change Practioner
