Rebekah employs a holistic leadership style that is consciously inclusive. She has a focus on capability building and facilitating organisational growth through sustainable, considered and considerate, integrated training solutions, grounded in learning theory.
Rebekah is experienced in the full scope of learning and development practice, from strategy development through to evaluation, for single learning products through to organisation wide frameworks and solutions. Her career has seen her apply her skills and knowledge across registered training organisations, small businesses, large corporates, Defence and multi-stakeholder environments.
New to the Noetic team, Bek is looking forward to using her skills and experience to support Noetic’s clients in developing and implementing high quality products, services and practices in their organisations. This includes supporting initiatives that deliver value and innovation, a solution focussed approach, and a human centred design that supports ongoing growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor Adult and Vocational Education, Graduate Certificate Education, Bachelor Science in Psychology, Advanced Diploma Leadership and Management, Mental Health First Aid, Prince2 Project Management, SAI Global Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001. currently completing Master of Business Administration
