With more than 20 years’ experience in consulting and business development in Australia and the Pacific, Charles effectively highlights Noetic’s interdisciplinary approach throughout the competitive bid submission process.

Charles is responsible for managing and growing Noetic’s capability in proposal development, business intelligence and business development across the company. He has over 25 years’ experience in consulting and business development throughout Australia and the Pacific. Charles takes a holistic, inter-disciplinary approach to identifying solutions to our client’s needs and believes the success of Noetic’s business model is founded on collaboration and engagement with clients to articulate their needs and develop solutions that deliver genuine solutions.

Charles brings a broad range of skills and experience to the role and works closely with all Principals, Directors and Consultants to facilitate the bid and business development process. He shares with Noetic a commitment to delivering bespoke solutions that deliver significant value for money to our clients.

Qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy (candidate), Bachelor of Arts Archaeology (Hons), Bachelor of Economics
Short Courses: Prince 2 Project Management Methodology – Practitioner
Memberships: Australian Institute of Project Management
