Blake Thomas

General Manager Executive Officer

Drawing upon his combined experience from the ADF and Moet Hennessy, Blake provides key project support with effective teamwork and critical thinking to each client’s project.

Blake has 4 years’ experience in the Australian Defence Force as a rifleman where he developed critical communication and leadership skills whilst deployed to the recent domestic operations including Operation Bushfire Assist, Covid-19 Assist & Flood Assist. Blake draws upon his blended knowledge of the ADF, Customer Relations with Moet Hennessy and as well as his continued studies of a Bachelor of Health Science to produce creative solutions in project support.

Blake commenced through Noetic’s Graduate program and has directly supported the General Manager for Defence, Noel Derwort. This has provided Blake with the opportunity to engage with multiple senior stakeholders across the Defence enterprise and broader industry. Blake’s ambitions are to help improve the life and career of those in the ADF, through key projects with Noetic.
