With over 20 years’ experience, Yogi is an experienced Organisational Change Manage, Learning and Development specialist and Human Capability Analysist.

Yogi is outcomes focused and is committed to working with diverse  stakeholders from all levels of an organisation to intrinsically  understand their needs, improve business processes, design and deliver learning and development programs and successfully understand and implement change. Firmly a ‘people person’, she is a passionate practitioner of Design Thinking and, coupled with her diverse domain experience, has enabled her to break the ‘cookie cutter’ approach and successfully deliver tailored outcomes for all her clients.

Yogi is committed to the core values of Noetic especially on delivering excellence with an outcomes focus. Qualifications: Bachelor of Teaching, Masters in Sociology, Graduate Certificate of Change Management, Certificate 1V Work-Place Training and Assessment, Advanced Human Centred Design Practitioner Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
