Steve has 40 years’ experience designing innovative and enduring training solutions for new and emerging Defence capabilities from within, and outside Australia.

Steve has significant experience in designing innovative training solutions to support the transition of current Australian Defence Force personnel to operate, maintain and support major capital acquisitions and role expansion programs. Steve also has extensive experience in analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of collective training and operations within Australia and with coalition partners.

Steve believes the Noetic ethos of delivering a great outcome for clients by collaborating with them to develop innovative solutions, build upon what they already have to support the organisation in real time, and into the future.

Qualifications: Graduate Diploma in Strategic and Defence Studies. Bachelor of Education in Human Movement, Diploma in Quality Auditing, Associate Diploma in Electronics, Diploma in Management, Diploma of Training and Assessment, Malaysian Command and Staff College, Advanced Certificate in Secure Communications Network Maintenance. Level 2 Anthropometrist Technician.
