With 20 years’ experience in the public service Stephen brings extensive experience in organisational transformation, organisational capability development, process redesign and change implementation.
Stephen has extensive experience in the national security, law enforcement and intelligence sectors. Having performed senior executive roles in Home Affairs and the Australian Border Force, Stephen has delivered significant organisational reform leveraging international and national relationships to deliver bespoke solutions supporting national security and intelligence outcomes. Stephen has worked extensively with partners in the United-States, Canada, UK and Asia pacific conducting strategic and operational reviews to build and mature organisational capability to achieve positive outcomes for the Australian Government.
