Nour builds high performing teams and is passionate about motivating people and playing to their strengths increasing utilization and benefit realization, capability uplift, working closely with the C-suite to ensure successful road map planning and execution.

Nour is a passionate critical thinker, who sees challenges and always uncovers opportunities. Having worked in the water, health, telco, engineering industries, federal government and ERP in Australia and the Middle East. This has given her the skills and know-how in assessing risk on culture and people, building change champions, partnership programs, internal and external executive stakeholder management and building capability.
