With over 30 years’ experience, Madeleine is a trusted advisor to CEOs, board directors and senior executives for the creation of inclusive workplaces and high performing teams.

Madeleine’s background includes working in complex environments where she held senior operational and leadership positions. Madeleine is considered a thought leader in diversity, building high-performance teams and embedding inclusive workplaces.

She consults on large-scale diversity and inclusion strategies and implementation initiatives with organisations including the Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metals Group, BHP, Water Corporation, Western Power, RISE Community Network and many others.

Madeleine helps organisations embed diversity and inclusion into their cultures, as she brings an extensive understanding of workplace dynamics. Madeline develops and delivers practical, engaging and thought-provoking inclusive leadership development programs.
