Leanne brings over 25 years’ experience as a leader, manager and strategic advisor to each client’s project. 

Leanne is a trusted public and private sector advisor with a track record in managing structural, cultural and technological change initiatives at an enterprise level. She is recognised for galvanising the energy, morale and commitment of individuals to achieve positive and enduring change. Leanne applies the complementary disciplines of organisational change management, project management, adult education and human centred design to shape innovative, tailored solutions. Central to Leanne’s approach is developing people capability to enable organisational change.
