Kevin’s extensive 40-year career has shaped his acute understanding of leadership and operations, allowing him to bring invaluable insight into each client project.

Kevin typically works with senior management to help clients with their difficult and sensitive problems. Kevin has a particular interest in applying his understanding of how executive vision is translated to aligned, effective operational practice. Kevin is recognised as a skilled facilitator, drawing on extensive experience in learning and development, and in leading organisational change processes. Kevin has extensive experience working internationally, notably in service delivery, leadership, and risk management processes for Pacific Island nations.

Kevin recognises the power of an approach founded in partnership.
