Ken is an experienced leader and manager with over 20 years in the private and public sectors, where his experience is founded on succeeding in complex environments.
Ken has strong client facing, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, operations management, project management, organisational development, business process improvement, training and human resources management. Ken has proven ability in working closely with clients and stakeholders to collaborate, analyse and convert complex needs into value-adding and well-defined business solutions. Ken is active in the community having filled roles as President Easts Rugby, adjunct lecturer at UNSW and ANU, and is currently a member of the ACT Rugby Judiciary Panel.
