Jessica Wu


A natural fast learner, Jess is highly adaptable and eager to acquire the diverse range of skillsets, knowledge base, tools and methodologies available at Noetic.

Jess has provided support to numerous projects and internal initiatives through her time at Noetic. She is well equipped with research and analysis skills, and eager to deliver her work in consistent high quality to clients.  Jess has previously contributed to various stakeholder interviews and focus groups for the review of the Australian Training Awards. She is also currently a supporting consultant to the development of the National Capability Statement for Australian Maritime Safety Authority, involving extensive analysis and consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Jess is enthusiastic to build and deepen her subject matter knowledge and various skills through the diverse range of service offerings at Noetic. She is a generalist and is particularly interested in benefits realisation and change management, and the co-design approach to solving complex problems at Noetic.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Management (University of Melbourne)
