Project Support Officer

With experience in non-for-profits, education and sales, Jess is excited to build upon the foundation of her knowledge and skills with a variety of client projects and support opportunities at Noetic.

Jess holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. During her studies, Jess was actively involved in various co-curricular activities. In her capacity as President of a not-for-profit student club Jess raised the highest amount of funds in club history. She gained valuable experience in Human Capital Management implementing hiring improvements and performance evaluation as a HR Officer at a global consulting group. She is particularly interested in exploring emerging technologies and its impact on the human resources of an organisation.

Jess is fascinated by the “futures thinking” approach that Noetic uses for clients to drive real, lasting impact. She is drawn to Noetic’s signature approach, offering client solutions with a long-term sustainable focus.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Management (University of Melbourne)
