Jeff is effective in addressing complex organisational issues where traditional solutions may not have been successful. He is very experienced and effective working on politically sensitive issues.

Jeff brings a substantial amount of corporate and strategic experience to organisations. He has worked with a wide range of businesses in Australia and internationally, and has extensive experience with Defence and overseas aid agencies. Typically, Jeff provides advice on complex and unstructured organisational issues and is an expert in large-scale strategic organisational change and corporate governance. He provides executive coaching and mentoring, and also has considerable experience in technology commercialisation.

Jeff is one of the most experienced management consultants in Australia with over 30 years of experience working for a range of professional services firms including his own. He has worked with Noetic for almost a decade in a range of roles from Principal, General Manager Queensland through to an adviser to Noetic’s Board. He sees Noetic as filling a critical gap in the consulting market in bringing intellect and experience to the table to scratch below the surface of problems to get to understand their root causes before designing and implementing interventions and solutions. Jeff now represents Noetic in South Australia.

Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering), 5 years’ Doctor of Philosophy research into organisational systems (Fielding Institute USA), formal training in facilitation and mentoring
Memberships: Fellow Engineers Australia, Certified Professional Engineer (ret’d), over 10 years as State Councillor of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia
