James is known for a being a trusted strategic advisor. His ability to shape and guide transformative business strategies and thinking is evident in his investment in his clients’ outcomes.
James has worked with clients on a breadth of strategic consulting engagements across Federal Government, including large business transformation and business cases, enterprise architecture, business process mapping, procurement strategies, data management strategies, program and project management, stakeholder engagement, ICT service delivery, funding and costing models, and broader business analysis.
James blends a combination of co-design and data-centric approaches to help meet his client’s needs and takes great pride in distilling complex problems for his clients, working towards elegant solutions, all whilst having fun. Prior to his consulting career, James was a professional Classical and Jazz Musician, performing in America, Europe, and Australia from Broadway to the Sydney Opera House. He believes in ongoing learning and development and is currently enrolled in an MBA at Harvard University. James also pursues a passion for fitness through CrossFit and Cycling as well as developing and playtesting a variety of strategic wargaming for major global developers.
