Deb is an Education, Training, and Workforce Transformation specialist with 23 years experience developing workforce strategies, delivering operational programs, innovative business and professionalisation solutions that drive organisational performance, capability, and investment outcomes. 

Deb’s experience encapsulates a range of programs across government, private and community sectors, including Defence, Mining and Resources, Telecommunications, and Education and Training. She has worked in various domestic locations, and serviced organisations across Asia, South Africa and North America. Deb has led and managed significant and complex programs and initiatives through strategic communications and effective stakeholder engagement, for a wide range of training and workforce transformation initiatives including small, medium and large-scale enterprise resource planning programs.
