With over 10 years’ experience in public service and consulting, Dannya works with clients to strengthen their risk-based decision-making.
Dannya is passionate about helping clients improve their enterprise risk management and governance, having led executive level risk and governance roles in the Department of Defence and Department of Immigration and Border Protection. She is well-known for her practical approach to risk management that focuses on the outcomes, bringing people ‘along on the journey’, actively engaging from the start. She has strong expertise in all aspects of risk management and governance, particularly strengthening risk culture, business continuity management, governance frameworks, facilitating workshops, and developing risk-based approaches to challenging problems.
Dannya is a strong believer in Noetic’s value to be ‘openly innovative’. An organisation’s problems can be complex and a cookie cutter standardised approach isn’t the answer. Dannya’s innovative outlook enables Noetic’s clients to better understand their environment so that they can take calculated risks that create the change that they want to see.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts/Law (honours) from the ANU, Prosci change management practitioner, Management of Risk practitioner-level qualification, Management of Portfolios practitioner-level qualification, Certificate IV in Project Management.
