With over 10 years’ experience in public service and consulting, Dannya works with clients to strengthen their risk-based decision-making.
Dannya is passionate about helping clients improve their Enterprise Risk Management and Governance, leading Risk in executive level roles in the Department of Defence and Department of Immigration and Border Protection. She is well-known for her practical approach to risk management that focuses on the outcomes, bringing people ‘along on the journey’, actively engaging from the start. She has strong expertise in all aspects of risk, particularly strengthening risk culture, facilitating workshops, and developing risk-based approaches to challenging problems.
Dannya is a strong believer in Noetic’s value to be ‘openly innovative’. An organisation’s problems can be complex and a cookie cutter standardised approach isn’t the answer. Dannya’s innovative outlook enables Noetic’s clients to better understand their environment so that they can take calculated risks that create the change that they want to see.
