Damien is a leader in Learning Innovation and organisational performance with more than 20 years’ experience in developing workforce strategy, and delivering innovative learning interventions and business solutions which, increase organisational performance, and human capability outcomes.

Damien has significant experience in managing the acquisition and implementation for training related deliverables for Australian Defence Force major capital equipment projects. Damien’s experience also encapsulates a range of learning modernisation programs across the Air Force Education and Training Domain, including design of digital transformation roadmaps and learning ecosystems., integration of innovative learning technology-based programs, and development of policy reform and quality management systems. Damien has experience working in Strategy, leadership, project management and policy in both Joint and Single Service Defence environments.
