Building on her education, professional experience and passion for all things ‘people, problems and processes’ Cerian forms strong relationships with clients to create meaningful change.

Cerian is a recent University of Technology Sydney graduate with a Bachelors of Global Studies. Cerian interned with the NSW Premier and Cabinet to support line agencies to implement the NSW Premier’s Priorities. During this time, she harnessed her desire to support government to do its work effectively, for the benefit of the Australian public. While studying, Cerian supervised a technical support helpdesk. She developed skills in managing high volume, high demand workloads and supported others to do the same.

Cerian understands the complexity of government institutions and processes and believes in the role of consultants to support adaptability, sustainability and innovation within the ecosystem of public service. She appreciates the opportunity to work at Noetic surrounded by like-minded individuals who are motivated to work in tandem with clients to develop tailored solutions.
