Cameron is a proactive self-motivator, with an ambition to continuously learn and enjoys seeing what people can achieve through effective learning and development.

Cameron has spent several years in an outcomes focused environment delivering and creating content within the Australian Defence Force (ADF).  His dynamic approach to teaching has allowed him to lead and mentor a variety of students ranging from adolescents to adults. His approachable and friendly nature allows him to effortlessly build and develop relationships and effectively collaborate within teams.  Cameron has joined the Noetic team as a Managing Consultant, providing learning and development services to Defence.

Cameron joined Noetic after a successful career in the Australian Army. He is looking forward to his next chapter working in collaborative and innovative teams to deliver high quality products. Cameron values Noetic’s belief in Enjoyment when it comes to the workplace and the positive environment this encourages.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Secondary Education, Majoring in English and HPE. (2022). Cert IV Leadership and management. TAE10 Qualified Instructor
