Blair has 26 years of experience as a professional adult educator with expertise in developing, delivering and managing learning programs. 

As a professional adult educator with expertise in the development and delivery of learning programs across government and private enterprises, my strengths include the ability to guide and mentor new and existing trainers in learning and development, and analyse, design, develop, and implement learner-centred training while maintaining an organisation’s level of education.

Blair has worked and contracted with various defence, emergency management and corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand. His expertise with defence training ranges from the design, development and analysis of all levels of training curriculum. Blair has worked with the Navy (Junior Warfare Officers Course and Marine Systems Technicians Phace II for the LHD) and RAAF C27 Load Master Initial and Pilots Initialcourses) with both face-to-face and simulation training. Blair’s experience also extends to designing and developing accredited training utilising national units of competency as well as no accredited training for clients.
