Ben is an experienced Senior Consultant who enjoys working within complex environments in the pursuit of finding innovative and creative solutions.
Ben is a Senior Consultant at Noetic, joining the firm in May 2022. He began his career supporting a senior Cabinet Minister, and subsequently worked as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients as a consultant, with experience working with a range of policy and programme settings including Defence, Health, Social Services, Foreign Affairs, Agriculture, Energy and Veterans Affairs. Ben has developed a strong skillset in stakeholder management, policy analysis, program management and government, corporate and media relations.
Through his work with Noetic, Ben has primarily advised Defence, he feels privileged to work closely with uniformed and non-uniformed personnel to provide strategic advice on policy, program management, change management, training analysis and design, stakeholder engagement, process reform and personnel management.
Ben is passionate about strengthening Australia’s national security related institutions and feels privileged to work with an organisation that contributes to this end. Through his studies and professional experience, he has developed strong subject matter knowledge paired with a good understanding of Defence processes, requirements and operational rhythms.
Qualifications: Australian National University, Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in International Security Studies & Political Science (Currently Studying)
