Mark is an executive with 23 years’ experience in public policy, politics and strategy in Australia, and overseas. He has worked in Australia and overseas across the public and private sectors including leadership roles with international institutions; senior executive experience as Chief of Staff to an Australian Federal Minister; as an executive within the Australian Public Service; and as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy. His expertise includes Australian and international political risk analysis, public sector governance reform, policy development and implementation, program and project management, and strategic communications. Mark’s professional roles have taken him to Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He has advised government leaders on strategic policy, and assisted private companies across a range of sectors, with their entry and establishment in the Australian marketplace.

Mark leads Noetic’s NSW office developing a deep understanding of the challenges facing clients to ensure practical, implementable solutions are delivered. He is known for his authenticity and strong ethical and social conscience.
