Jaki has extensive public and private leadership and senior management experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. A former lawyer and company director, she has more than 10 years’ experience working in, and with, Commonwealth public service agencies and understands their context and challenges. Jaki typically engages a partnering and coaching approach when working with clients. Through active listening and powerful questioning, she engages with them to uncover the real issues and works to empower individuals and teams to achieve their personal and business outcomes.
