Errol enjoys interacting with people and organisations and bringing people, policies and processes together to achieve realisable outcomes.

Errol is an experienced consultant across the security, risk and law enforcement domains. He joined Noetic  after 33 years with the Australian Federal Police (AFP) retiring as a Commander. Errol led many projects across the AFP including within the professional standards regime and at several international airports. He has extensive leadership and management experience, having developed and implemented policies and procedures throughout his career in various capacities both domestically and internationally.

Errol has experience working within the border protection environment having led and managed the AFP operational commitment to people smuggling investigations and on Operation Sovereign Borders. He also implemented key community safety and security measures within Australian airports in consultation with multiple stakeholders including relevant Commonwealth, state and territory agencies.

Errol recently reviewed and developed investigation practices and procedures, and authored a strategic plan and implementation plan for Airservices Australia to meet the security requirements of the Commonwealth Protective Security Policy. He prides himself on his strategic awareness and ability to assist organisations and people to identify opportunities for improvement.
