Cliff has held senior management positions in the manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and wine industries, and also has extensive experience within Defence. Cliff actively draws on his private and government sector experience to provide different perspectives in working and advising clients about their issues. He has strong analysis, evaluation and planning expertise that provide organisations the evidence-based foundation to move forward in the right direction.

Cliff is highly outcome-focused and is a strong  believer that working collaboratively delivers mutually sustainable benefits for all. He has a passion for improving organisational performance and relishes guiding clients along the reform/improvement journey to get them from where they are, to where they need to be.
