Andrew brings his wealth of knowledge in national and international security policy to projects, offering a fresh perspective underpinned by extensive research and analysis.

Andrew is a senior national and international security policy executive with deep experience working within organisations to develop future capability and lead institutional change. He joined Noetic after more than 30 years in Defence with portfolio-wide experience covering policy formulation; strategic and operational planning; organisational development and futures; domestic security; science and technology management; military engineering; professional education; and international collaboration.

Andrew uses his experience of working embedded in large, international organisations, including more than six years in the United States, to develop a close understanding of client needs and help teams make the most of their talents and abilities while offering a fresh, external perspective backed by solid research and analysis.

Andrew contributes to Noetic’s thought leadership. He enjoys the opportunities presented in Noetic projects to challenge thinking, work with teams to develop new and innovative approaches and build implementable solutions for clients.
