It really is a fantastic honour being an ACT Export Awards winner and finalist in the Australian Export Awards. This recognition clearly signifies the ability of a company to compete successfully on the international stage.  Canberra businesses have a somewhat natural advantage in competing in export markets as their growth – at some point – will be dictated by the need to expand beyond the ACT’s borders.

A mindset of expansion equips Canberra companies with an ability to look more broadly than just other Australian jurisdictions. This was certainly the case for Noetic. Our growth has been underpinned by our ability to effectively deliver services in different markets around the world. We have been particularly successful in the U.S., which now accounts for about 40% of the Noetic Group’s total revenue.

Recognition in the export awards is a fantastic endorsement of both a company’s capabilities, and its people.  Being award winners really highlighted the quality of Noetic’s people, who we believe are the best in the business.  Their efforts and the results they deliver for our clients continue to contribute directly to our exceptionally strong reputation across government, defence and national security, emergency management, and resource sectors, as well as our growing reputation in the not-for-profit sector. We are justifiably proud to have been recognised on three occasions in the Australian Export Awards.

I strongly encourage Canberra companies who are currently exporting to enter in the ACT Export Awards.  It is not only a chance to highlight your achievements, but also to benchmark those achievements against other local companies.
