‘Women in the Changing World of Work: Planet 50-50 by 2030’ – this is the theme for the International Women’s Day 2017. The World Economic Forum predicts that the gender gap won’t close entirely until 2186. While the world of work has changed, with significant positive implications for women, there is still a growing informality of labour and income inequality. For this International Women’s Day, we support the call to forge a better working world and to #BeBoldForChange. As a Small to Medium sized enterprise, the Group has introduced six week’s paid maternity leave and up to twelve months unpaid maternity leave to support women in our workplaces. Our Diversity and Inclusion Working Group is looking for ways to build diversity and inclusiveness through different measures for both our Australian and US offices.  On International Women’s Day we are reaffirming our commitment to taking intentional and pragmatic action to accelerate gender parity in the workplace and through our work.
