The Noetic Group congratulates Kulture Break on the launch of their Strategic Plan. The Noetic team developed this plan pro bono as part of Noetic’s corporate social responsibility program. Noetic’s partnership with Kulture Break was facilitated with the assistance of Creative Partnerships Australia.

The Noetic team appreciates the recognition and the plaque that was presented to Noetic by Kulture Break founder and CEO Francis Owusu at the ‘Welcome and Celebrate’ event in Canberra on Thursday 21 Nov 13. Francis was the ACT Local Hero in the 2013 Australian of the Year Awards.

Established in 2002, Kulture Break is a Canberra based children and youth services provider with a community arts focus and a commitment to making a difference in the community.  Kulture Break has helped many young people to transform their lives though dance and mentoring programs.  These programs help to strengthen individuals self-esteem by empowering young people everywhere to achieve success and purpose in their lives and building a positive outlook.

The Kulture Break strategic plan developed by Noetic articulates Kulture Break’s vision for the future and the Strategic Goals and Key Actions necessary to initiate and maintain efforts toward that vision.
