A commitment to evolving the business to meet clients’ needs has earned Noetic its fourth appearance as a finalist at the ACT Telstra Business Awards.

Noetic Group Chairman Andrew Balmaks says reaching the top five in the Medium Business category is testament to the exceptional quality of Noetic’s services and the challenging projects clients have entrusted to them.

“In today’s world, the pressure on our clients is evident. We recognise that developing suitable solutions is just one piece of the puzzle. In order to deliver productivity and efficiency gains for our clients, implementing those solutions became a core aspect of our business,” Mr Balmaks says.

“It’s about identifying what strategies are needed to address an issue and how they can be implemented successfully. We work with each client to ensure the solutions we identify fit their needs, their culture and contributes to their ability to deliver the outcomes sought.”

Mr Balmaks says the fact Noetic staff enjoy the work they do and the clients they work with, make honours like this the ‘icing on the cake’.

In the recent years, Noetic has worked on a number of flagship projects. Achievements include strategic planning and implementation support for the St Vincent de Paul Society NSW and a comprehensive strategic review for RailCorp and assistance in developing the National Port Strategy. Additionally, Noetic examined management reforms for Thai oil company PTTEP following a Commission of Inquiry into the explosion at the Montara wellhead platform in the Timor Sea in 2009.
